Shipping Notice After your payment is received a letter will be sent the following business day to our Amish manufacturer. The item will be handcrafted, which takes approximately 2-3 weeks, then it is shipped directly to you with UPS ground service. Your item will be insured for it's full value in case of damage during the shipping process. Please call or e-mail us to report the damage and we will forward the information to our manufacturer.
